EXERCISE

Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics and weight lifting are going on at the Stake Center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 am.

During the Winter, there is a group of about 30 women who participate in 3 different groups... a high intensity group doing Insanity and P90X and a lower intensity group working out to The Firm and other low intensity programs.  There is also a walking group.

In the Summer, following each workout, there will be an opportunity to attend an additional activity such as hiking, biking, swimming or boating.  These activities will begin right after the exercise class at 8:30am.

This is a well organized group that welcomes any and all women to join the fun.
